We may also receive ordinary technical information generated when you visit the website, such as browser type, referring page and security logs, if those functions are enabled by our hosting provider.
How We Use Inquiry Information
We use inquiry information to respond to your request, assess product and manufacturing requirements, prepare samples or quotations, communicate about an active project and maintain necessary commercial records. Inquiry submissions are transmitted over HTTPS to a Naike-controlled backend, saved in a restricted inquiry record and passed to the configured business email service. We do not sell personal information.

We process business inquiry information to take steps requested by you before entering a contract, to perform a contract, for legitimate business communication and, where required, on the basis of your consent. You may withdraw consent for future communications at any time.
Sharing And International Communication
Information may be available to authorized Naike personnel and service providers that support hosting, email, security, document handling or project delivery. Because Naike serves international buyers, information may be processed in countries different from your own. We limit access to the information needed for the relevant purpose.

Naike may record limited first-party conversion events such as opening an inquiry form, validation results, accepted submissions and thank-you-page views. These event records contain the page path, event status, time and a temporary session identifier; they do not include the buyer's form fields. Links to email, WhatsApp or other external services are governed by those providers' privacy practices.
