This marina dining kit is a configurable B2B concept for day-charter operators, marinas and boat-rental fleets. Original images visualize one consistent four-person system; they do not represent a verified production SKU, customer order, certification or performance result. Final dimensions, materials, drainage, vessel compatibility, cleaning, stability, weight, volume, tooling, MOQ, sampling and lead time are to be confirmed.
The Four-Person Marina Dining Kit With Drainable Deck Caddy combines four sand-beige PP plates, four seafoam PP bowls, four smoky navy PP tumblers, four stainless fork-and-spoon pairs in off-white sleeves, and one slate-blue rigid perforated PP caddy with removable sand-beige drip tray, four separator bays, fold-down handle and ventilated snap-on cover.
Marina Dining Kit Contents
Marina Dining Kit Designed For
The marina dining kit is designed for four guests in day-charter, boat-rental, dockside hospitality and marina lending programs. It supports a controlled place-setting count and a rigid carry format between the preparation area and a docked vessel.
Four guests and one controlled dockside issue module.
Day charters, boat rentals, marina lending and dockside hospitality.
Four plates, bowls, tumblers, cutlery pairs and sleeves plus one complete caddy.
Counting, vessel fit, drainage access, replacement and turnaround.
No universal leak, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, corrosion, impact, UV, stability or marine-performance claim is made. Validate the final construction against intended food, cleaning, dockside handling and vessel conditions.
Marina Dining Kit Set Configuration
Each place setting uses one low rectangular sand-beige plate, one seafoam bowl, one smoky navy tumbler and one stainless fork-and-spoon pair in an off-white washable sleeve. The caddy separates the nested component groups in four vertical bays. Its cover is ventilated, its central handle folds down, and its sand-beige lower tray can be removed for inspection.

Every marina dining kit needs a controlled bill of materials, drawing revision, color references and packing instruction. A change to plate rim, bowl profile, tumbler height, divider spacing, handle or cover requires a new fit and closure review. Compatibility is confirmed only by the final project sample.
Before Packing → Packed → Carrying

Before packing, count the four place settings and inspect the caddy, dividers, handle, cover and drip tray. Nest like components only after they are clean, dry and approved. Load plates, bowls, tumblers and sleeved utensils into their assigned bays, then seat the cover without forcing the walls or contents.
When packed, confirm component retention, handle clearance, loaded balance and the operator’s approved storage position. During carrying, use the fold-down handle and follow the marina’s dock and vessel procedures. Product imagery does not establish safe placement on a moving vessel.
Product Parameters, Packed Size, Weight and Volume
| Service count | Four matching place settings. |
|---|---|
| Set quantity | Four plates, four bowls, four tumblers, four fork-and-spoon pairs, four sleeves and one complete caddy. |
| Proposed materials | Food-grade PP, stainless steel and washable sleeve material; exact specifications to be confirmed. |
| Packed size | To be confirmed after final component and caddy approval. |
| Loaded weight and volume | To be confirmed from the approved complete physical sample. |
| Stacking / nesting | Rim contact, release force, bay clearance and loaded stability to be confirmed. |
| Vessel compatibility | To be confirmed in every vessel family in scope while docked. |
Deck Caddy Internal Layout

The slate-blue rigid PP caddy is proposed with perforated walls, four removable or controlled separator bays, a fold-down central handle, a ventilated cover and a removable sand-beige drip tray. Final wall thickness, resin, divider retention, latch geometry, handle load, feet, clearances and tolerances remain subject to engineering approval.
Check access to each component group, divider movement, cover closure and tray removal with the complete packed set. Define how the caddy is opened, cleaned, rinsed, dried and inspected. Perforation may support visibility and drainage but does not by itself prove hygienic or durability performance.
Materials for the Marina Dining Kit
Food-grade PP is proposed for plates, bowls, tumblers, caddy, cover, dividers and tray; stainless steel is proposed for cutlery; a washable textile or coated material is proposed for sleeves. Exact resin, additives, pigments, steel grade, finish, sleeve construction and any coatings must be confirmed by component.
Food-contact evidence should match the exact selected SKU, color, intended use and destination market. Buyers can review the FDA food-contact substances overview and the European Commission food-contact materials framework. These sources do not certify this concept.
Logo, Pantone and Packaging Customization
Potential logo routes include printing or molded identification on PP, laser marking on stainless steel, marks on washable sleeves and graphics on paper packaging. Feasibility depends on surface, process and use. Pantone targets require physical approval on molded plastic, steel, sleeve material and paper.

Packaging can be reviewed as bulk master cartons, plain kraft inner cartons, recyclable paper separators or component-count cards. Define barcode, quantity, handling and market information before artwork approval. Trial the full export pack because inserts affect carton dimensions, weight and unpacking time.
Replaceable Parts and Custom Molding
Plates, bowls, tumblers, forks, spoons, sleeves, dividers, handle, cover and drip tray can be managed as replaceable parts. Existing components should be evaluated first. Modified geometry or new tooling may be considered when the packed envelope, separator fit or handle requirements cannot be met. Tooling cost and timing are confirmed after drawings, tolerances and volume are available.
MOQ, Sampling and Lead Time
| MOQ | To be confirmed by configuration, color split, decoration, packaging and assembly route. |
|---|---|
| Sampling | To be confirmed after vessel constraints, drawings and approval stages are defined. |
| Lead time | To be confirmed after samples, testing, quantity, packaging and shipping plan are approved. |
| Custom tooling | Reviewed after geometry, tolerances and expected volume are available. |
SKU-Level Quality Inspection and Evidence
Potential inspection points include component count, dimensions, visual condition, rim and nesting fit, divider retention, cover closure, tray removal, handle operation, loaded balance, cutlery finish, sleeve construction, logo position, color reference, packaging and complete-set verification.
Keep the accepted sample, drawings, bill of materials, artwork, packing instruction, evidence list and inspection criteria on one revision. Unknown fields remain “To be confirmed for the project.” Read the marina dining kit procurement guide for vessel-fit, turnaround and supplier-comparison logic.
