Private-label packaging should protect and identify the approved dining set. Final artwork follows the real packed dimensions, not a generic carton mockup.
Decisions to make before artwork
Pack the real components
Confirm the final container stack, utensil location, dividers, bag and closed dimensions. Start with the lunch-box and bag guide.
Place the branding
Review logo size and method separately on rigid tableware, textile carry goods and the printed pack. See branding and packaging options.
Approve retail information
Check the buyer’s barcode, instructions, market-specific labeling and carton marks against the approved sample. Use the RFQ checklist to request these details.
Which product should be used as the packaging reference?
Use the selected product and its actual sample. Compare portable dining sets or lunch boxes, then confirm the carry layout and final sales unit before approving artwork. Assembly and delivery coordination explains the later packout stage.
